You're right, Franco, and the video is outdated in this regard. We had a stand at SMAU, last october, and we have been surprised by the interest of small software houses. We decided to change our BP and focus a lot more on micro-ISV and freelance develpers - those who already serve micro and small businesses on custom software development - as a channel to penetrate that market.

Nevertheless, when you can turn a UML diagram into a fully-working application in one minute, UML looks way less "esoteric" than it used to be, for you can have a "learn by trial" experience that can be quite rewarding, especially if you are a young manager with basic IT knowledge.

How do you present UML to end-users such as accountants or executives?
In my experience is not the most natural way of interacting with a problem unless the person has a good technical background.
