Yes! I won a green card! I'm 39 and I have a degree in Business Administration I am married and I have a 6 year old boy. I was an entrepreneur, sales manager of a textile company, I was also manager of a bar / restaurant in a mall. In 2008 I lived for 4 months in San Francisco to attend at the City College of SF an intensive English course for the TOEFL. SF had known in 2007 when I went to the salon NANOTECH in Silicon Valley with my engineer friend. I immediately fell in love with my city electing 'favorite in the U.S., I lived in NY, and for study holidays I have been in Miami, San Diego, but as Tony Bennett says "I LEFT MY HART IN SAN FRANCISCO."
After three years I felt the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program or as is often simply called the Greencard lottery, have been drawn, and after passing the interview with the Consul in Naples I got the immigration visa. You can imagine, given the premise, on which the city 'and' fall my choice: SAN FRANCISCO.
Now I am planning an exploratory trip to SF during the Easter holidays and then move permanently with my family in July when my son will have 'finished the first year of school. I'm looking for a job I hope that through this network to find a way to live in the city of my dreams.
See you soon.
