Charles Versaggi, Ph.D., is president of Versaggi Biocommunications®, a strategic marketing consultancy for biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical technology companies. With more than 25 years' experience in marketing and communication, Versaggi has directed corporate and marketing initiatives for nearly 200 companies, ranging from startups to Fortune-100 global leaders. Formerly board member and co-chair of Vascular Cures (UCSF) and founding CEO of OsteoCorp, Versaggi is a frequent writer, guest speaker and presenter at industry events, and for marketing courses at the University of California (UCB and UCSC Extension and Haas Business School). A strong supporter of Italian entrepreneurship, he has served as the Life Science Boot Camp Director for The Italian Trade Commission (ICE) and as the Entrepreneurship Boot Camp Director for Mind the Bridge Foundation, where he currently serves as a pro bono mentor for MtB's life science startups.
