Non Profit Startups

Hi everybody,
I'm actually in San Francisco and searching for a startup consultant. I have this project already launched but not yet funded: www.cofarming.net, and I'm searching for investors. In fact one of the reason is that in Italy you can't manage your social enterprise using some financial systems like intermediation fees. Maybe someone has a better view of the actual scenario in startup company , green company creation and financial related issues in the U.S.
