Windows and Doors Sales

Cooritalia is a growing company based in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. Based on our great portfolio of products we are rapidly developing our Windows and Doors sales and are looking for sales representatives  to take us to the next level.

We are looking for candidates to cover one of each of the following areas, Northern California, Southern California, Hawaii

Cooritalia’s products are High End Wood and Steel & Bronze windows and doors primarily for the residential market (with some prestigious commercial projects). We work principally with Architects/Designers and Contractors throughout the USA, and have over 5 years of projects installed

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the windows and doors division. You will report to the CEO and have responsibility for your zone.

KEY TASKS:
 

• Prospect new and service existing client contacts.
• Schedule and execute presentations to Architects and Contractors in your area
• Account management of existing contacts
• Project Management (coordination with manufacturing)
• Strategic planning

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three to five years directly related sales  experience in the window & door industry, preferably with high end custom products.
• Proven experience working with our potential client base of architects and general contractors
• Familiarity with shop drawings review.
• Proficient skills in Excel, CAD knowledge would constitute a valued additional skill.

Compensation Package:

• Compensation package will be salary plus commission to be discussed based on candidate's qualifications.
