Training in Technology Transfer Office (TTO)

The Italian government is giving me the opportunity to carry out a work experience in an American Technology Transfer Office (or you prefer: Office Of Technology Management / Licensing etc.).
Obviously I would like do it in California which is considered the core of the technology transfer and start up.
