Product Marketing, Management and Design position

I have a few positions I am looking for, so I thought to check with our BAIA community first. I haven't posted any of these anywhere else (as of yet).
I am building a new team and need the following positions. Note that these are somewhat informal descriptions. For details, please contact me).

We are a worldwide leading provider of Digital Learning Content Management, Production, Delivery Systems and Content, with presence in NA, EMEA and APAC. It’s essentially Enterprise Software for private and non-private organizations worldwide. Our customers are known worldwide. Check our website for references.

** Product Designer (Interaction Designer) **
Translate customer and market problems into designs and end-to-end solutions that can be built and tested by Development. Analyze market and user requirements, designs the solution, and writes specifications. Conceptualize a solution to the problems identified in the requirements documents by developing storyboards, screen flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and other artifacts to validate the UI workflow solution. Build customer and user profiles (personas) to drive the design of end-to-end solutions to their problems. This position is NOT about icons or cool stylish web pages. It’s about user interaction, modeling user personas and designing easy to use solutions that increase their productivity. This position reports to the Director of Product Strategy and requires very close interaction with actual customers, Engineering and Product Management. Based in Florence, Italy. ** Product Line Manager **
Understand and passionately advocate market needs with the goal to communicate to product design, development and all stakeholders the business case, market requirements, buyer’s and user’s problems so they can be translated into detailed product definitions. Clearly articulate market needs (from segment-wide problems to incoming specific requests), in the form of requirements, priorities and the rationale behind them for all the departments that need facts to make informed, intelligent product decisions for the business (e.g. Feeding into and influence the organization’s product strategy, roadmap and products). This position reports to the Director of Product Strategy and requires close interaction with actual Customers, Engineering, Marketing and Sales. Exceptional leadership and communication are the two essential skills for this position. Based in Florence, Italy. Company: Giunti Labs

** Product Marketing Manager ** We are looking for a talented and energetic Product Marketing Manager (PMM) that is able to drive and execute the go-to-market strategy for the organization’s products and solutions. The PMM develops an intimate understanding of market and buyers and turn this expertise into positioning messages and strategy for marketing programs, operational readiness and repeatable process and tools to support a diverse sales force across several geographies worldwide. This key role is NOT about producing brochures and attending events. This position reports to the Director of Product Strategy and requires close interaction with actual Customers, Product Management, Marketing Communications and Sales Management. Exceptional, 360-degrees communication skills are essential for succeeding in this key and challenging role. Based in Atlanta GA, or Florence, Italy, or a mix of the two. Company: Giunti Labs
