Hi Cristina,
I can think of a few that offer online content and classes, though I am not an expert.

Stanford publishes several programs content on the web and iTunes (http://itunes.stanford.edu/).

Berkeley has webcasts of many classes online as well as distance learning programs from Berkeley Extension (http://learn.berkeley.edu/)

If you are looking for actual degrees, then universities like University of Phoenix online has a massive offering and hundreds of thousands of "students" on its distance learning programs (http://www.phoenix.edu/).

Just a few examples.
