Invitalia Launches Nanotech Competition

Invitalia, the national Italian agency for investment promotion, has launched a new business plan competition . 

"Nanochallenge and Polymerchallenge" is a competition focused on nanotechnology and polymer-based materials. It awards 600,000 euros for the creation of new high tech enterprises. 

The competition is open to Italian and foreign inventors, students, Phd, scientists, researchers and to start ups. Participants are supposed to present a business project featuring breakthrough innovation in nanotechnology and polymer-based material.

The competition is organised by Veneto Nanotech, the Italian Cluster of Nanotechnology, and by IMAST, the Italian Cluster for polymeric and composite materials, in collaboration with the Intesa Sanpaolo Start-up Initiative.
