How to Create a Passionate Work Culture (Rules aside)

I really enjoyed this LinkedIn post of a FastCompany article, as I am a staunch believer in the importance of passion and commitment for what you do, be it work, play, social causes, cooking, gardening, rocket science, you name it! 

The values of gathering and nurturing the right team and of celebrating others (so, not a Nero-style passion!) are also key ingredients to keeping motivation alive and productive. While the term "rules" may sound trite, it is important to draw a roadmap that channels passion into concrete results. Italian success stories in this realm might just be ... a Fiat 500 away.
