NOVA Association is the nonprofit organization of the Italian students and alumni affiliated with MBA programs in the United States. Founded informally in May 2000 by a group of Italian students in the United States, it has been formally instituted in 2001 and it now counts more than 900 members across the world.
Every year NOVA organizes a conference in the United States, bringing together the Italian MBA students of the top US business schools, NOVA alumni and key representatives of Italian and international business community. Past annual conferences have been hosted, among others, at Stanford Graduate School of Business, Columbia Business School‐NYU Stern School of Business, Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management, Chicago Graduate School of Business and Wharton, with an average attendance of more than 200 people.
Discussion on Italy’s role within Europe and in the scene of global competition and to address the generational gap between the “pre-Schengen” and “post-Schengen” generations, identifying the biggest challenges and opportunities for the companies and leaders of the present and the future.
