Prof. Stefano Odorizzi will provide his insights into the simulation of our world through the use of collaborative engineering technologies.
In this BAIA Talk, Prof. Odorizzi, CEO of EnginSoft, will discuss the capabilities of leading edge technologies used to provide improved engineering designs across a spectrum of innovative applications. He will share the key factors that have led to his success as an Italian entrepreneur building a US and Global business, as well as the crucial role played by worldwide partnerships with both companies and universities.
Prof. Odorizzi will highlight aspects of the most interesting projects carried out by the EnginSoft team in the last years across multiple industries, partners and universities (e.g. Civil Structures: Global Finite Element Model of the Olympic Stadium in Athens, the Johannesburg City Soccer Stadium for the Soccer World Cup… - Automotive: collaboration with Ferrari, Audi, BMW, Bridgestone – Aerospace: collaboration with AVIO, Finmeccanica – Alenia…., - Oil & Gas: Saipem, BP – Naval: America’s Cup boat design etc. )

Prof. Stefano Odorizzi is CEO of EnginSoft, Co-Founder of SWS Engineering, Co-Founder of ESTECO, Co-Founder of the Technet Alliance, President of NAFEMS Italy, professor at the University of Padua, Italy. EnginSoft is currently involved in more than 20 European research projects in collaboration with Universities and industrial partners.
